📦 Shipping & Packaging

How do you package your comics?

All orders are packed using collector‑grade packaging. Raw comics are shipped in protective mailers with additional stiffeners, and CGC‑graded slabs are double‑boxed with padding to ensure maximum protection in transit.

Are comics bagged and boarded?

Yes. All raw comics are supplied bagged unless stated otherwise. All exclusive and incentive comics are supplied bagged and boarded.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes. Multiple orders will be combined wherever possible. Any excess postage paid will be refunded.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us directly and we will calculate shipping costs accordingly.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During peak release periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes. Tracked shipping options are available at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK: Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • International: Typically, 5–14 working days, depending on destination

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collection can be arranged by prior agreement, although postage is preferred.

📚 Condition & Grading

What condition are your raw comics?

Unless stated otherwise, all raw comics are listed as Near Mint (NM). Minor printer or manufacturing imperfections are common in modern comics and are not considered defects.

Do you grade comics in‑house?

No. We do not offer in‑house grading. Any graded comics listed are official CGC‑certified slabs.

What if my comic arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with clear photos of both the packaging and the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.

💎 Incentives, Exclusives & Variants

Are your incentive variants authentic?

Yes. All incentive variants (1:25, 1:50, 1:100, etc.) are sourced directly from authorised distributors and are guaranteed authentic.

Do you sell store exclusives?

Yes. We stock a selection of store exclusives from trusted partners and publishers.

Do you list print runs?

Where available, print‑run information is included in the product description.

🟦 CGC Graded Comics

Are your CGC slabs authentic?

Yes. All graded comics are officially CGC‑certified. Certification numbers are included where available.

How do you ship CGC slabs?

CGC slabs are shipped using double‑boxed packaging with protective padding to minimise movement and prevent damage.

Do you accept returns on CGC books?

Returns on CGC‑graded comics are only accepted if the slab arrives damaged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to assist where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer pre‑orders?

Yes. Pre‑order items are clearly marked. Release dates are provided by publishers and may be subject to change.

What is your return policy?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items in accordance with our terms and conditions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please provide clear photos of both the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
